I love you so much Scrappy and miss you dearly!

She was the silliest! Whenever she went to lay an egg, she would coo and chirp like she was broody, haha! Then she would sit there all fluffed up, look at her egg, roll it under her sit for a minuet, get up and walk away. A few times I thought she was broody, but she never payed any attention to the egg after that, no signs of being broody at all. She was the quirkiest, sweetest, most lovable hen, loved to eat out of your hand, didn't want to be picked up or pet, but still a great girl! She was the best.

Sunny is the best! We have a little relation ship, I would chase Sam, our rooster away from her before I could separate her from him. He over mated her. She doesn't like being pet or picked up, but once I have her in my arms, depending on her mood, she will sit with me.
These days the old lady mostly just sits on her perch all day and watches the ducks and her other friends run around. I have her separated with the ducks and a few other older hens for her company. She's the sweetest! Love you Sunny my girl!
