I guess if this is a actual date cause I've seen x-rays there are dates print on them . But I feel like if it's something else I'm.confused

Date on the X-Ray is simply wrong. If you look at the top left, you see "01:24:11". X-Ray taken at 1:24 and 11 seconds PM. Combine that with the (correct) time and date that the operating system is showing in the bottom right (most likely updated and supplied by Microsoft automatically), you see it is 1:39 PM when the photo is taken. Very reasonable that the X-Ray was taken and then shown to the client about 15 minutes later. All on 12/31/18.

If you want even more things to wonder about, I an curious why they were precise to the second for the time in the upper left, but are not using a 24 hour/military clock...... I don't see a PM anywhere, so the 01:24:11 could be seen as AM......but I highly doubt the X-Ray was done in the middle of the night, no matter what date it was.

Good point. All xrays have a date on them.....the daye the latest version was installed wouldn't print on an xray.....am I right about this?

Well all the dates and times are being overlayed on the image. You can tell from the fact that the time and dates are pixelated while the actual X-Ray is photographic. If that makes sense. Think of it like the times and dates are segmented like an old electronic clock. The only non image thing on there that is actually ON the X-Ray is the sideways "R" that is made from metal or some other substance that will show on an X-Ray.

So all the times and dates ARE being provided by the software and not the X-Ray machine. The date could even be "corrected" if they wanted it to. Would not impact the actual X-Ray image in their system.

I wish I could tell what software that is. Could find a manual and see what settings there are for time and date. They have the vet office name up there, so clearly it is customizable.
