Hen ate "peat mold" and has since had watery diarrhea and tail down

Yes that’s what I’m doing. She’s emptying out consistently the last few days. But sometimes it doesn’t empty out until around 9 AM. I do have her in the house in a crate and she is eating up until 9 PM at night. She doesn’t seem to have a big appetite in the morning. So by the time she starts eating it’ll be around nine or 10. I’m noticing her droppings have some odor to them. Not sure if that’s normal for diarrhea or if it could potentially be Vent gleet? She drinks excessively.
So, it's emptying in about a 12hr period.
This would probably be normal since she's eating as late at 9pm.

Vent Gleet is usually a white(ish) pasty continuous discharge from the vent, it will stick to the feathers and usually has a yeasty odor.

With her drinking excessively, it may be time to give her a flush.

Since you have Activated Charcoal, I would consider using that. You can also give an Epsom Salts Flush. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/flushes-for-aiding-in-toxin-removal.700526/

I'll tag in @azygous to see if she may offer better suggestions than I can.

It doesn’t have a yeast smell it’s just a nasty odor. I will go ahead and do a flush. Thank you and merry Christmas!
