hen ate piece of plastic wrapper

My 8 month hen ate a piece of plastic wrapper. The wrapper was very thin plastic and about 11/2 inches long. Will she pass it okay? What should I do?

Oh, she will be fine. My birds have eaten similar plastic as I like to use those plastic grocery bags for trash bags in the coop. Sometimes that little flap of plastic at the handle at the top of the bag falls off and there is always a bird that snatches it right up before I can pick it up. Of course I try not to let these things fall, but they sometimes they do. My hens pass them just fine.

Question for the seasoned winter folks. I have no electricity in my coop. How low can the temperatures go. Encore I should find d an alternate place for them?
