Earlier today one of my hens managed to hatch out 6 eggs and everything was going great, she was acting like a normal hen and all of the chicks were acting normal and were completely healthy. We checked again just a few minutes ago to find the hen pecking at and trying to eat away at one of the chicks, who is now bleeding and has an organ sticking out.. There's no emergency vets in the area nor do we have any professionals we personally know to contact. What should we do?? The chick itself is acting well despite the current circumstances.. We did have to move the hen and chicks away from the original spot due to a risk of mites, but the hen had already settled down normally before we left and all of the chicks were still doing great.

(Also, we don't have an incubator on hand)

Sometimes things go wrong during hatching process. Organs on the outside i have seen once or twice. I would not assume the hen did it. She may have been trying to clean it up!,?..
Especially if she is not doing something similar to the others.
I agree that the affected chick probably will not make it, and putting it out of its misery would be best.
