I have a Hen about a year old she was just attacked by a fox, we have her laying in a box right now she doesn’t seem to be moving much at all. She lifts herself up a bit than falls right back down. She lifts up her head a little bit for a second than rests it back down. She’s also been breathing rapidly with her mouth open with up and down tough movements but part of me thinks she’s just hot. Any tips? do you think she will make it?

She is in shock. Make sure she's in a warm, quiet, low light area. See if you can get her to drink. Drinking is much more important than eating right now. If you've got electrolites, offer those. Try holding a spoon up to her beak. Once she's recovered from the shock a bit then you need to go over her thoroughly looking everywhere for injuries. Flush injuries with chlorhexidine, sterlile saline, or mild soapy water. Particularly look for punctures which can hide in feathers. Look for broken bones. Pictures of injuries would be helpful. You can apply plain neosporin or plain triple antibiotic ointment to wounds. If there are no internal injuries, and infection doesn't set in, then she has a chance to recover.
