Hen being annoying

My hen is being very randomly aggressive and pecking me and attacking me everytime i try to come near her. This is very strange as this hasn't happened before.

She laying and is about 25 weeks

I do a mix of both and she's the only hen in the flock as my other flock of chicks are going to move in soon

her whole life. we received her from our neighbors when she was 14 weeks. she's very sweet and loves attention but she randomly keeps attacking my hand when i come near her. maybe she just thinks it's fun or something because she's a very sweet little chicken but she has an attitude.

also she doesn't do this all the time but sometimes she's a sweetheart. When i took her out of her coop to free range she was acting very sweet
