Hen being picked on … how do I treat?

Do I need to put her in a kennel for a few weeks? Do I put neosporin on it? I thought she was molting but I think the hens are attacking her.

Yes and Yes. There is a line in the sand that is all about color. The others will be attacked to "red" and make it worse. Sometimes I wonder why they don't make wound care type ointment in different colors like black in this case, to hide what's under there from Chickens who are totally triggered by color.
