Hen bleeding from beak. Please help!

Can you feel her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat or drink, just to make sure it's emptying?

You've tried wet mushy feed?
There's a big lump on her neck though or is it the bone? It can be felt right below the part where her feathers are black in the picture. Crop feels empty.

What does the lump feel like, is it hard or soft?

Does she have any yellow or white pasty material inside her beak?
She won't let me touch her beak and the lump is very hard. Also is it normal to hear gurgling sounds only when hens drink water? She drank a little. She also only ate some yogurt today.

I think it's impacted crop but isn't the crop not in the neck?

Is she pooping?

Could her neck have been injured somehow when her beak was trimmed?

I would look inside her beak for obstruction, canker, etc.

Gurgling can sometimes be heard when a bird has respiratory illness or a crop problem.

Not pooping.

Alsp, normally if she eats a lot the neck place becomes fat, not the crop. Where is the crop exactly, anyway? Right breast?
