She might not lay for a bit...mine always stop when there's some sort of trauma.

She layed an egg with a little less blood on it and is doing a little better!

I got Blu-Kote have not put it on yet and another egg with the same amount of blood, thanks for all the help!

Hmmmm.. she may be re-opening the wound every time she lays. What you could try is putting her in a dark place - and I mean at least 20 hours a day dark - with very minimal light exposure. Hopefully this will stop her from laying.. Leave her like that for a week (give or take) and give the wound time to heal without being re-opened by laying. Just a thought.
