Maybe she somehow scratched the lens? Try Terramycin from your vet or farm store.

It is almost the same as neosporin except more watery. Use a little Neosporin if you can't get the med. Maybe not the complete answer you seek but, wouldn't hurt to try.

Cataract, scar, or injury. I doubt it's anything contagious. Terramyacin makes an opthalmic ointment that helps heal eye injuries, it's slow though.

I would guess injury to the eye as well.

Thank you all for answering. Will try anything at this point to see if it helps.Wouldn't you know it, I just had to name her (Penny) Now I have to keep her around.I hate when I grow attach but shes so sweet and follows me around when she's free ranging.To Cute!!
