Bantam/Standard EE, 4 years old, feels exactly the same; no weight loss

Laying down; breathing heavily, mouth gaped open, panting

Just today

No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No

Not sure; I am pretty sure that she is not egg bound (couldn't feel any.)

She is eating and drinking. She is alert and looking around.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.

Save-A-Chick, a little bit of vitamins, a little honey, brought her inside
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
Everything possible. She was my very first chicken and she was the start of everything.
