Hen can’t close her beak

hi, I have an Isa Brown hen that is a little over a year old that is unable to close her beak. It looks like there is some dirt in her mouth and on her beak.

She might have a sore, or something lodged in her beak.

Have you looked in her mouth to see if something is stuck in her throat?

It looks like she has to much mud in her mouth and it might be hard for her to breath. I have chickens that do that all the time. I have 62 chickens total so I know alot about chickens. It looks like she needs water to flush it out of her mouth and throat.
