I posted previously about my bantam frizzle cochin not using one of her legs. She started out hopping around, avoiding weight on 1 leg, a couple weeks later she was dragging that leg behind her so I brought her inside to try to heal. Now it has been 6 weeks since the first signs and both legs are not working. She cannot walk, cannot even stand on either leg. She is inside the house in a dog crate and I have been giving her Nutridrench along with vitamin B tablets crushed up in her yogurt. There appears to be no life in her legs. I have read up on Marek's but I am not convinced. She is eating and drinking. She just lays with her legs underneath her unless I prop her up with towels. I think I will try to make a sling hammock for her this weekend. Please help, I don't want to give up on her, but I am new to chickens and I am honestly lost! Would pictures be helpful in this situation?

As of tonight she is really going downhill. Very foul smell...appears to be suffering from vent gleet now. Panting and I thought it was sweat on her towel in the crate, but now I am wondering if it is discharge since it smells and I just read up on vent gleet. She has white poo coming out partially and yellowish brown diarrhea. I thought it was because she can't walk and was not able to get away from her poop, but now with this bad odor, not being able to walk, and decrease in appetite does it sound like I am dealing with Marek's after all?
