Hen can't keep her balance-squaking in distress-HELP!

My hen who has been out of it for a little over a month has taken a turn for the worse.

I heard distressed squacking and went outside to see her flying around the run haphazardly. I picked her up and she had cuts on her comb and beak, I believe due to her flying into the chicken wire. She is inside in a box. I have water with sav-a-chik in there with her. She can barely even stand without falling over. She is having a very hard time keeping her balance.

Please help!

We ended up having to cull her. I just couldn't stand her being in such distress. She was clearly suffering.
