Hen cant stand up, Please help!!

My hen, she is about 5- 6 mnths old cant stand up. She can hold her self up to sit but when she tries to stand she falls to one side or the other. She does not lay yet, should start anytime. There are no obvious injeries on her anywhere. She looks fine and does not seem to be bothered by the fact that she cant walk.All the other chickens in the coop are acting fine. Please help!!!

Does she eat ? What does the poop look like ?

Poop looks normal and she is eating and drinking

I'd try to give her extra vitamins and electrolytes.
Also may be you could make a sling like this:

She would be able to move her legs and get some excercise.
