Hen can't stand up

I have a white rock hen as it says above that can't stand up. This just happened yesterday and I found her crawling around. She's alert,eating, and drinking. I have her inside my house because my other hens were picking on her. If this helps when she was younger (like at 15-17 weeks old) she had difficulty walking it seemed because she walked like it took effort to walk. Also I picked her up to make sure her legs still work and they both do but she can't stand.

Are her hips displaced? I mean do they feel Does she go pidgeon toed?( I know she cant walk but when she crawls how does she keep her feet positioned?

How old is she? And can she grab hold of things with her feet? Are her pupils weird?

It's fine for all the questions. She keeps her feet flat. She's 16 months (but I think she started her molt early but that probably nothing to with it). she can't grap anything with her feet and her pupils look fine along with her hips.

did your hen recover? i have frizzle cochin, she went broody, then couldnt stand up. eats, drinks, same symptoms.. hold her up, she moves her legs but they wont hold her.
