Hello,
Our pet chicken isn't doing well and I was seeing if anyone had advice. She is about 5 years old. We are located in Wisconsin. It started out she has a life long limp off and on but she gets around. Sometimes its worse then others. The past week or 2 she won't even get up. We have to set her directly in front of her food and water or she won't really try to get at it. We have her in our heated garage right now. I noticed now her comb is turning black. I can try and get better pictures but this is what I have tonight. No where around us has a vet who will see chickens. Any thoughts if we can help her?

Hard to tell in the photos, but it's looks like scabs on her comb. Either from picking or possibly a rooster if you have one (or both).

When did she last lay an egg?
At 5 years old she may be having some reproductive issues. You can try placing her in a sling to see if that makes her more comfortable.

Sorry about your hen. It does look like peck wounds. I have found when a chicken starts to fail or cannot walk, the others will peck there combs and bloody them. I would keep her separated in a dog crate near her food and water. Try getting her to eat and drink by holding a small bowl in front of her beak. The chicken sling that @Wyorp Rock mentioned can get her upright and in front of her food and water. Here are some examples and a video:
