Hen crowing- is she in pain or just acting out?

I had a sick hen a couple of weeks ago and we had to put her down. Now one of my remaining girls is doing this sort of crow off and on through the first half of the day. I'd love some feedback on this video. Is she calling out for her missing friend? Is she trying to act like a rooster? Something else?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm a little paranoid about their behaviors since I just lost one :(

She's "crowing" to demonstrate her dominance. She's fine, not in pain or lonely.

When a flock loses a member, it shakes up the social order. The remaining chickens reshuffle themselves to create a new order. If anyone disagrees with the choices, there may be a bit of a brief scuffle and then the flock proceeds with the new lineup.

FYI, a sick chicken or one that is in pain will self isolate and will be mute. Only healthy chickens feeling good about themselves and their world will be vocal. This is because it's instinct for a prey animal to become silent when they are vulnerable and incapacitated from illness or injury.

Thank you! I had a hunch she was just showing off but this is the info I needed. It makes all the sense. And she has also started aggressively pecking me, so now I really get it. Thanks!
