Hen crows, rooster does not?

I have 2 d'Uccles, both are almost 6 weeks old now. The porcelain has a very large, very red comb and the Mille has a smaller yellow comb. (I can put pictures up if you need but I'm 90% certain of gender at this point except for the following issues: ) The Mille crows most mornings, the porcelain does not crow, ever. The mille is more aggressive in play. When playing (chest bumping etc) the Mille will raise her hackles. The Mille is just plain more dominant and the Porcelain is very submissive. The Porcelain is a little bit more brave when it comes to trying new treats and less freaked out by new things. The Mille feathered out several days (almost a week) before the porcelain.
Anyone have any ideas what's going on? Could the Mille be a roo and just not developing the comb? Will the porcelain eventually come into his rooster hood?
There are no other chickens, it's just the 2 of them. I've heard of hens taking on rooster ish behavior when there is no rooster around but there is one. Maybe because the rooster isn't acting like a rooster so she decided to?

I would post pics. We can give better advice that way.

I'll see if I can get one later, it's a gigantic p.i.t.a. to get pictures uploaded because my computer is crap.
Also, I'm practically positive of actual DNA gender, it's just the behavior I'm questioning. Why is the hen acting like a rooster?
Plus I'm pretty sure I have some 3 or 4 week old pics on here somewhere, I'll have to look around. It was VERY obvious at 2.5 weeks old with these little chickies.

Well I can't find the pictures of them at 4 weeks so I guess I'll just try to get one later today. OH! I'm such a derp. I have pics from a few days ago right here on my computer already! *smh*

Okay, these were a week ago and the porcelain comb has grown a little more but the Mille looks the same

Because of the crowing, I seriously think the mille is a cockerel. I was expecting to see a bigger comb or wattles.
@Gray Farms @drumstick diva
thoughts?

really? they are only 5 weeks old so they aren't going to have adult sized comb and since they are d'Uccle, you aren't likely to see wattles (possible not likely). I restarted my computer and my phone and used the "good" cable, I think I got the pictures from just now, lets try!

I was so very very sure that the mille was a pullet especially comparing to the porcelain. I am flabbergasted that it is not true.

The traits the Millie is displaying are not sex specific. These are dominant bird traits, obviously the Millie is the dominant bird. 5 weeks is still kinda young to accurately sex but its safe to say the Porcelain is likely a cockerel.
