Hen discharged clear liquid from vent

So long story short, I have six hens which I worm by hand every month, have done since summer 2020, and before that I didn't worm them but had also never had this happen before, but I was worming one of the two youngest, they're about seven months old, and to do so I hold them firmly but carefully under my elbow, just tight enough that they can't wriggle their wings out or fall etc.

Anyways, I was doing this to one of the younger ones, who is a Marsbar hen and suddenly there was a big splash of liquid on the door behind me? I jumped at the noise and gripped her a little tighter by accident and the same thing happened, but to a lesser extent.

When I checked her vent it seemed clear and mostly dry, and then I came on here and read the thread on prolapsed vents/vent fleet (doesn't look like that at all).

She's been laying (small) eggs daily for the last two or three weeks now, and her and the younger hen (a buff barred rock) have been on layers feed for about a month. When I wormed the barred rock, who's the same age, this didn't happen.

Truly the only time anything similar has happened was when I hatched out a chick in the incubator and she *ahem* cleared out her system.

Any help would be massively appreciated, cheers!

She hasn't lost any feathers anywhere, and all the feathers around her vent are uniform fluffy! She's alert and strong (very hard to catch) and her main feathers are thick and glossy and overall she looks the picture of health, I'm just flabbergasted as to what caused this

EDIT: Went back and checked her vent and everything seems in perfect working order? No signs of any abnormalities or redness whatsoever, and whatever the fluid was has dried up. The hens are all totally free range during the day, and I do check on them regularly and I've seen no signs of diarrhoea anywhere
