Hen disoriented and falling down

I have a hen who has recently started acting very strangely. She's always been kind of skittish and weird, but now she's staggering around, is oblivious to her surroundings, and cannot walk far without falling down. Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong? I can provide some more details if necessary.

Has anything been happening around the hens to disturb them? And how long has she been doing this?

What color are her eyes? Did you check her feet or legs?

A dog attacked another one of the hens recently if that would do anything. And her eyes are pale orange in the center and more of the normal color of orange on the outside. What do I need to check about her legs?

Check for mites sometimes they will get into the chickens ears and cause that.

Well, I suggested to check her legs just in case she had something in her foot then that might be a reason. And I said check her eyes because sometimes if they have blue eyes that could mean they are blind, and blind chickens usually stumble around like that. How is she this morning?

She's still stumbling; when you put her on the ground she won't put weight on one foot. I'll check to see if there's something in it. If it was broken how would you tell?
