Hen doing rooster dance to new hen.

Ok so yesterday i got five new hens for my egg laying flock, and a older(2 year old) Araucana comes up to my BR and drags her wing and dances around her. This hen has never done this before and im wondering if she is going through a sex change. Help Please!!!!!
