Hen dying after a molt

I did give her some milk- before I read those posts- but not a lot. I had diluted it with water too. I'll switch to just an electrolyte solution.
Any ideas on how much fluids I should give her? It has been pretty easy to squirt it in her mouth without choking her, so I could give her plenty, but don't want to overdo it if that's possible.

Also, she did poop. It's a large amount of tan/brown mush without any urea that i could see.

Some things to think about.
One yogurt has "live" cultures in it, heating it may kill these so I wouldn't heat it, just in case. These cultures are why you give them yogurt.
Two don't over do anything, a little can go along way, don't force feed her. I have a friend who says she keeps ACV in her water all the time but I've since learned this is not necessary.
Three heat is more likely to kill a bird than cold. Chicken can deal with quite a bit, don't let things get to hot.
Four don't forget to keep plenty of grit available, even free range birds can do with extra grit. You should keep it free choice in it's own dish. Grit can prevent many cases of sour crop.

I don't think you can over due with fluids maybe just see how she reacts if she refuses to drink maybe she's had enough, just as long as she is getting hydrated. Hopefully the electrolytes will kick in and she'll rally and be good as new.

I have many girls have crop problems during a full blown molt. Could be her crop just quit working and food stayed in there, never getting into her system. They often will just starve at that point if you don't catch it early on. Not sure why, but I've had this happen several times over the last couple years. By the time you realize what's happening, it's usually too late. If her poop was semi-solid, it means she was getting some nutrition, though. Molts are very hard on them.

The only reason I mentioned warming a little is because she was shaking before and thought she might refuse the cold yogurt. I just take the chill off.
