hen eating eggs

I caught my favorite Delaware hen eating a bobwhite egg today. Bad news? Will she eat her own? Have not gotten an egg from her in a while, or have I?

I did not know they would ever do that. Will up the calcium and cool the frying pan.

I read on a different post to get an egg and empty it through a hole, then fill it with dish soap and close it with wax. give it to the hen and when she eats it, she'll get a mouth full of dish soap and never eat an egg again. I've heard that this works very well from some people on here. Don't worry about the dish soap chemicals because they can spit out things that taste nasty to them.
