Hen expelled a fetus

We thought one of our hens was eggbound due to swelling and temp of rear area and we have
experienced it before with a different hen. A few baths and multiple massages and she expelled
a fetus.

Great. Thank you for the info.

Follow up: started an antibiotic & checked in vent. Can't feel anything hard or blocking
The vent.
Then this came out (see pic).

3rd time we've
Seen this in a day.
Any ideas??
