Does she have any bubbles in the eye or any nasal drainage, sneeze, cough, or noisy breathing? A bulging eyelid or face can be a sign of a respiratory disease, or there could be a peck wound or debris in the eye that has caused infection. Do you smell a bad odor from the face? There could be pus around the eye. Testing would be required to tell if the respiratory disease was MG or coryza. E.coli can be common in eye infections. How long has this been going on and treated?
MG is usually treated with Tylosin or oxytetracycline antibiotic. Coryza is treated with SMZ-TMP or other sulfa antibiotics. Neither is curable but symptoms may go away, leaving the chicken a carrier for life.
An eye infection or peck wound may respond to an antibiotic specific for the bacteria in the wound. Continue flushing the eye and applying Terramycin to the eye twice daily.
