Hen Eye Swollen

My sweetest hen is sick, someone suggested it may be Coryza. She does not have foul smell, no diarrhea. She is eating and drinking excellently. I have been treating her and keeping her inside for 3 days. I watched the videos and have done all they say, there is no puss at all. I am snowed in and don’t know what else to do to help her. Any advice would be so appreciated.
Oh, oh my. That’s a big infection. @Wyorp Rock @azygous @Eggcessive @MysteryChicken

I still have no answers and the eye is getting worse
I've never dealt with anything like this. Only eye injury, & sinus infection I've treated. Both were 1 bird from the same coop.

Injured blind eye that I've healed.

He was spurred by another rooster.

How does it feel? Fluidity, airy?

How did you treat it
Mild salt water wipe/flush, & terramycin eye ointment. I did the flush for several weeks, then treated with terramycin until the tube was gone. I cleaned with mild salt water before applying two drops of the eye ointment. I did this every day.
