Hen eyes foaming vent is disgusting

I noticed today our hen Snowy vent was caked in poop, and her eyes were foaming. I have no idea whats wrong, and im really worried

Clean off the poo and trim the feathers around the vent. Look for any runny secretions, redness, or white patches around the vent which is a symptom of vent gleet, a fungal infection. Foamy eyes can be a symptom of eye problems, but usually a sign of respiratory disease such a s mycoplasma.
