Hen face swelling!!

I have been spraying the entire coop every weekend. I did. stop though due to negative degree weather. I have been dusting them but the stores haven’t been stocking the dust and it’s been hard trying to get a new one. What’s the best Poultry vitamin I can give them? What kind of ointment should I give her?
If it's too cold to spray the coop, then dust it along with the hens.

The mites are likely contributing to the facial swelling and eye irritation.

How on earth do you: "...look inside her ears for signs of infection, pus and/or mites..."?
To check inside the ear, gently move (lift) that tiny tuft of feathers that cover the ears, you'll be able to see inside the ear (canal).

Use the Microcyn to rinse her eyes each morning. Use the Poultry Nutri-drench for two or three days to give her a nutritional boost. This formula goes directly into her blood stream as it doesn't need to be metabolized in the liver first. But more than three days of it can cause diarrhea.

Then use the Poultry Booster for every day nutrition. The VetRX can be used to help her breathe better. Follow the directions on the bottle.
Should I also give the vitamins to the rest of the flock as well?

I’m going to clean the coop this weekend and spray. I don’t have any dust right now and non in tractor supply I’m going to have to order online. Are there any other ways for the mites? I’ve been feeling with them since August and I do see a decline but there still here. The flock got them from a rat that got into the run. Still dealing with him since it’s colder now he has been digging less and we’re gonna flush him out again. The first time we almsot got him. When I start giving the flock vitamins will they be better health wise even if they still have the mites?

@Wyorp Rock - thank you! Who Knew??? I'm kinda ridiculously scared of touching them. I only just recently got up the nerve to stroke their wattle - they seem to like that sort of! Chickens are absurdly intimidating... I will add an ear-peek to periodic mite-inspections.

You can find Permethrin dust in most hardware stores.

Update: this morning her swelling definitely has reduced. Her eye isn’t squinting anymore. I gave her all the treatments I got for her. I did. notice she is lighter when I picked her up. She is usually really heavy. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the morning and she hasn’t eaten yet but I’m going to keep an eye out for that. I gave the flock the poultry booster. She seems to be better though and it never really bothered her thank goodness but thank you all for your help!

Glad she's improving some!

Look at your TSC online, see if they show having any Poultry Dust in stock. If not, check to see how quickly you can get the product if you order for store pickup, often with TSC, you can get it the next day, just depends.

Thank you! They used to have this stuff in store but haven’t stocked it lately. It went out of stock when we had a horse and farm show nearby and everyone was at TSC getting materials. I guess it was a popular product. I’m gonna check at another tsc store nearby and if not I know Amazon also has a three pack for $35
