I have one hen that falls asleep outside and she will be standing up but asleep. Normally I will call all my chickens over to the gate when I come over to see them or bring treats and she will be asleep in the middle of the yard. She is also 2 years old and I do not think this is normal behavior for a hen her age. Is there anything wrong with her?

Could very well be....certainly does not sound like 'normal' behavior.
This is what I do when I have a birds acting 'off'.

I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

I just felt her crop today when I was outside looking at them. Her crop was felling extremely full compared to my other girls.

Does her breath smell bad?
Put her in crate tonight with only water(no feed) check crop first thing in morning to see if it's emptied....and what her poops look like(take pics and post here for further diagnosis.)

I will try that tonight and I can’t get a picture of her poop because it’s super runny and greenish. She won’t let me smell her breath unless I’m helping her move somewhere safe while I deal with everyone else.
