Hen feather loss for a long time and getting worse

Having a hard time figuring out the cause of feather loss on many of my hens.
Have tried separating from rooster with no change. Can anyone help?
Frustrated in Michigan.

More info would help:
Number, genders, and ages of your birds.
Size of coop and run(feet by feet), pics are good too.
Where is the feather loss, pics would really help here too.... clear, well lit, close up pics.
What and how exactly are you feeding.

Once feathers are broken off, unless they are fully 'plucked' out, they will not grow back until the bird molts.
