Hen flogging me?

Our hens are now a year and some months old. We lost one and have 3 remaining, two speckled sussex and one buff orpington. One of the SS, who is definitely the alpha hen, has started flogging my adult daughter who is the one who cares for them. My daughter has never mistreated them in any way, but this hen has taken a great dislike to her. Any ideas?
