She is weak and lethargic when she tries to stand up and she is all wobbly. I looked inside her beak and I didn't see any obstruction, and I felt around her back end area and I didn't feel an egg stuck anywhere. Wondering if it is a respiratory problem or maybe she's overheated. I don't know what to do. There are so many different problems they can have associated with panting. The highest temperature it got today in Texas was 91.
Any help appreciated as soon as possible!

So sorry to hear she is having issues, how is she now? It very well could be the heat, but do you hear any wheezing or see any mucus, bubbles or discharge from her eye, nose or mouth?

About the same or possibly a little worse. It seems that her muscles are trembling. She's been inside the house with a bowl of water for about an hour now. So now I don't really think that she was overheating. sounds like she has a little gurgling in her throat but I checked her airways and throat and I didn't see anything blocking them. I also do not see any mucus, bubbles or discharge around her nose beak or eyes. Maybe It's avian influenza, or respiratory infection 🤔

I’m so sorry she isn’t improving. How is her lower abdomen, between her legs in the back? Does it feel bulgy at all? Are there cases of avian influenza in your area? If she passes you can always send her body for autopsy to your state lab, they could test for it. A respiratory infection of some sort is possible, too. I’m going to tag some educators for advice. Are you able to get her to drink some water with a little sugar or honey mixed in maybe that could help perk her up. You could try dripping a bit onto her beak so it rolls into her mouth. How is her crop?

Any signs of canker inside the beak?
How does her crop feel?
Any bloat or feeling of fluid in the abdomen?

If she's not laid an egg and should have, then I'd get Calcium into her. 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet daily for 5 days.

I'd still work on hydration, provide sugar water or electrolytes. Keep us posted on how she's doing.

If your recent heat wave came on suddenly, this could be heat sickness. Just in case it is, give her an electrolyte solution, one teaspoon sugar in one cup of water with just a pinch of salt and baking soda.

This can often reverse organ shutdown caused by electrolyte imbalance.

UPDATE!!: GOOD NEWS! I checked on her in her carrier last night, and she was haunched is if she had to lay an egg. she was starting to get better i knew, because her breathing was calming down 🥳 then later, when I was about to go to bed, I picked her and and guess what I SAW!!!! a semi soft egg 🥚 😍
She has been normal every since 👏👑 👏 praise God!

Glad she's doing much better. It's hard for them to expel a soft shelled egg.

I would still get the Calcium and give it to her once daily for 5 days, often they have another egg on the way and may still have trouble.
