Hen gets stuck on her back

It's a heck of a sight. Sneaky, our favorite black cochin with her feet in the air and a quizical look on her face. We thought it was just a case of an overzealous dust bath, but now it's happened twice, and this morning she had an egg under her too. Is this a symptom of something? Help please. Thanks.

Is she able to walk around with no difficulty?

Yes, once we stand her back up she's a little wobbly but is fine again after a couple of minutes. She eats, drinks and poops as usual, although her vent is a little messy.
