Hen gleet vent or? GRAPHIC PICTURE

Hello!! I’ve been posting a lot in this thread lately. Most of the hens are doing great! However, I recently got this hen from a lady. She is walking around and drinking however, I noticed her straining. Not sure if she is egg bound or what but her vent is horrible. I soaked her for 29 minutes and got most of the poo off, but it looks like it’s stuck inside? After soaking her, she just lays there now. Anything I can do? Sorry about the gross picture

Did you get this new hen after you posted about the respiratory symptoms of your other chickens?

How long have you had her?

Was she like this when you got her?

Did she lay any eggs right after you got her? Any issues with shell quality?
