hen had issue laying hasn't laid since

Hello Everyone,
I have a one and a half year old bard plymouth rock.
about a month ago she had egg dripping out of her vent, she needed help laying it so we gave her a bath and finally got the egg out by reaching into her vent and scooping out the rest of the egg (it was shell less egg). a while later she layed a yolk incased in it's own membrane.

she acts normal, has a good appetite, drinks plenty, and has her usual perky attitude. she just went into a molt.

is this normal? if anybody has any advice it would be very helpfull.

I take it that she laid normal eggs before this?

How is her nutrition?

Has she been wormed or given any other meds etc?

oh hi, sorry I havn't been on for a while....

she laid normal eggs before this
the feed store is hours away from here and I'm all out of layer pellets for my two girls so they have been getting scratch and what ever they can find while their free ranging.
no meds
