Hen Had Seizure and Died. Does anyone know maybe why??

Yesterday my Sizzle Bantam Hen had a Seizure and Died.


She was a little over 1 year old. I got her at 5 days old, and soon as she got to about 1 month old, realized she had something wrong with her. She always breathed really heavy. Had her blood checked, and no diseases. As she reached 6 months she started to lay, but really not normal. She had 1 egg every 2 weeks or so, then just stopped laying after about only 5 eggs. She didn't ever lay again. She always walked really slow too. Then yesterday she started following me everywhere. She was being really distant from all the other chickens. So I just picked her up and held her in my lap. I then noticed her eyes were really red. About 30 minutes into holding her, she had a small thick pasty white poop, and then she just started to seizure and passed away within seconds. I am still not sure what happened. But since a young girl, you could tell something wasn't normal. Had to have been born maybe with something really wrong internally?

Does anyone know what could have caused this? Maybe a bad heart? She was my favorite chicken, and I hate not really knowing what caused this.
