Hen has bump???

Most of the hens have back feathers coming off, I think it's from the rooster. The one hen she has a small tiny "patch" on her wing that's missing feathers and her skin is showing a bit but I touched it and it felt like a bump. Could it be her bone? I tried getting closer pictures but she wouldnt allow it and chasing her isnt going to do nothing.

I was thinking of buying her a saddle to just let her heel without the rooster causing more damage. It's hot though so do I still do it?
