Hen has Diarrhea

I have three RIR’s that are 8 months old and one has been have loose black wet looking poops. Just wondering if this is normal? First time chicken owner.

Cecal poop is very easy to ID if you know what you're looking for. LOL. STINKS to high heaven. LOL
