My australian orpington has laid 8 eggs in her little milk-crate nest and I'm waiting for her broodyness. All of my other hens have died (exept Tastegamey who lives in the woods). So now she's alone with my two roosters...
Me and my family went on vacation and when we got back she had the eggs. Now she won't let the roosters breed her and is lingering around the coop.
So I'm asooming she's thinking about brooding the eggs.
Now my question, if and when she goes broody should I seperate her from the roosters?
