Hen has empty crop

My white rock hen has a empty crop and shes weak and light weight and she just falls down and closes her eyes I need help fast!

How old is she? One of my chicks had the same thing I think... She died yesterday morning, but she was young though.

Um... Some people told me to try vitamin e... I'm not sure if that was going to work or not, my chick died before I could try... My chick had Wry neck along with the empty crop though so it might of been for that.
