Ok so this morning I gave her an inspection, and her comb and wattle are starting to slowly go pale in colour, her poop has gone diarrhea yellow runny, she's not budging at all and she's hunched over with her back feathers ruffled. I'm starting to think Coccidiosis, I've isolated her into a seperate coop with yoghurt, water and some apple sauce, I've re - deliced the hens, I'm about to get ready to go out and disenfect and completely hose down the coop and lay down some nice fresh bedding, despite doing that yesterday.

I have brought some treatment, hopefully it gets here pretty sharpish and the girl can last out on me til then.

Oh my goodness I'm so sorry :-( I too lost one of my girls last week...so quickly too. She was egg bound tho. At least she's chasing bugs and enjoying warmth in the chicken heavens xo
