Hen has green stool with blood!

Please help. 3.5 yr old hen, barely eating. Energy level seems normal. Had greens tool the also few days, now some blood. See pic. This hen is essentially spayed, crop had some possible fluid in it this morning. Gave monistat twice yesterday, once today. Also gave dewormer yesterday.

Am calling vets but so far soonest appt is in two weeks

She had surgery to prevent laying and is on an implant. She's a brahma

She's 3.5 and surgery was when she was maybe 4 months. Had been on deslorin implant ever since...her last implant was put in exactly one month ago
