One of my hens is limping around. No obvious injury. has her foot curled under and is walking on the top of the ankle.
How can I fix this?

You may not be able to fix it unless it's a vitamin deficiency or an injury. You say there's no sign of injury. I will assume you did a thorough foot exam, top and bottom and nails and scales.

B complex vitamins may help, along with vitamin E and selenium, but if your chicken got into a neuro toxin, the brain damage may be permanent. I urge you to investigate possible sources: machinery leaking fluids onto the soil, insect killer sprayed around the area recently, flaking paint on buildings, etc.

Make sure that your vitamins include riboflavin (B2) since curled under toes as well as walking on the hocks or knees can be a symptom of riboflavin deficiency. B Complex tablets are an economical sourve of B vitamins. They can be crushed and sprinkled on food or treats.
