Hen has maching wounds. Is it disease?

Well she was a lot bigger then the others. I think she was a couple weeks when I got her. I have had her for 8 weeks. I guess I will have to figure out how to tell if she is a he.

I just told you it's a boy. Go ahead and post a few pictures in the what breed and gender forum if you want more opinions.

I do agree those are the earlobes. It's a quickly developing rooster.

I don't see any wounds. Are you thinking the earlobes are wounds? You might want to get a chicken anatomy book. The more general information you know about chickens, the better you'll know when something is wrong.

Thank you, I think I should. I have never had a "white" chicken. I have always had dark chickens and their ears weren't as noticeable. I do feel like an idiot, but at least I am a relived idiot. LoL.
