A good warm soak in soapy water or Epsom salts could help to get all of the maggots out. Do it daily until all maggots are out. Apply some plain neosporin ointment to it. Screw worm spray or permethrin can help. SWAT, an ointment from the feed store contains permethrin as well and can help to smother and kill maggot larvae. She may have had an abscess on her preen gland before. Keep her away from flies until she is better. Feed her some chopped egg, tuna, or liver along with her feed for some extra protein.

Yeah I did the ointment last night, I'll do that bath tonight, I have Epsom salt. I was suggest dawn soap too. I was thinking it was an abscess.

It is possible that an animal can have a wound absess then open ( burst) on its own. The drainage smells bad. that would attract flies without a doubt.
Or fly strike.
Whatever way it started, you'll have to try your best to eliminate the maggots and keep her someplace clean and safe until it's completely healed.

Yeah, I'd definitely be flushing it out.
This is where those big syringes come in handy.

We had a hen get attacked by a dog and the wound got infected and filled with maggots. We bought screw worm aerosol spray and sprayed her wound. It killed all visible and buried maggots. We reapplied every few days. In a week she was feed up with being locked up in the dog crate so we reintroduced her to the flock. We also sprayed the wound with vetericine once we got rid of the maggots. The screw worm spray is also a fly repellent.

Here's a picture, not very good because there's no bite on it. But it's big flat mass on her back. Last night there were only a few maggots on it. But on her side looks like they were feeding off her but it's a lot better than the day before. We syringed the spots and they came crawling out. She's having a hard time standing and that worries me.

I got the maggots all out now I am treating the wounds. I did put peroxide on it along with ointment. I wash it every night too. She's weak and can barely stand so now we are just waiting to see if she improves.

I wouldn't use peroxide, since it may prevent the wound from healing. Do you have any Hibiclens or weak Betadine that you can wash it with? A kitchen sprayer can get into some places hard to reach. She may do better with a warm soak in tub or dish pan. Apply some plain neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment. It sounds like this has gone on a bit too long, so I hope she makes it. At any point if she is suffering, I would think about putting her down.
