Sometimes mites or lice will find a bird that is sick or weak with something else, another illness. If vet care is doable for you, and they are knowledgeable about birds, that might be a good idea. From a distance, as we are, it's hard to make a good assessment.

i will try some more things before going to the vet
but if she does not improve soon i will take her to the vet
