Hen has pink feet

My hen has recently started laying but for the last couple of days after she layed an egg without a shell she hasn't been laying. She also is keeping her beak open all the time evn though it isn't very hot and she is definitely drinking enough water. I have also noticed today she has patches of pink on her feet, is this something to be worried about?

Both sexes will get some pink or red shading on legs and feet when their hormones start flowing. Since she just started laying, it's most likely from this.
