Hen has respiratory sickness

Help, does anyone know how to inject Tylan 200 into the breast of a chicken, and how many times a day? I gave her 0.5 ml last night not into the muscle. But I just read that it should be 1 ml directly into the breast muscle. Any directions on how?

Tylan 2oo is not licensed for poultry use.

Knowing that....0.5ml in the breast once daily ...if near death's door 2x daily.
Inject into either the right or left breast...the meatiest part. Pull back on the syringe...if no blood, inject meds.

I read that about it not being licensed for poultry, but everyone recommends using it. Is that some type of disclaimer? Is it safe? some recommended a dosage of 1ml . My hen doesn't appear to have alot of breast meat. Is that normal? Thanks for your imput!
